MISSIONS TRAVEL
Mission trips are for anyone and everyone. Physical limitations are not an obstacle, there is something for everyone. This is a great starter trip for those who have never experienced a mission. With a supervisor's help, everyone can do this trip. Room and board and good southern cookin' are included. We will be staying at the Volunteer Home. Married couples will have their own room and singles may have a roommate.

After a hard day's work, a delicious dinner is served and if you wish to venture out, you can listen to a blue grass band or see Loretta Lynn's childhood home. One night there will be a big picnic with another group home.

You may fly into Lexington, KY or Huntington, WV and rent a car or you can drive in and make a vacation of it. We will meet at a location (Salyersville or Louisa - to be announced) near Paintsville, KY at 5pm on Sunday. I can help you with any reservations. Please call for details.

Our mission will be working on a new home or perhaps remodeling an older home or helping with the elderly - again some type of work for everyone. Love, laughter and Christian fellowship and service are the rewards for this wonderful trip.

Call about our other mission trips to Cuba, Guatemala City, Dominican Republic and Mexico for 2008!

Payment Schedule:
$300 to reserve, 30 days prior to trip

DEVOTIONAL TRAVEL
THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI
April 19-26, 2008    Starting at $2108.00

The Mississippi River is a chameleon, continually reinventing itself. Between Memphis and New Orleans, it becomes the legendary Ol’Man River of brawling keelboat men and intrepid river pilots. Fertile cotton fields wrap their arms around white-columned mansions, sweet wood-smoke hangs in the trees, and lightning bugs wink against the river’s shimmering reflections. Except in the vicinity of bustling cities, where the river is wild, remote and primeval - as if you are traveling through a land untouched by time.
